After a report of a sexual assault, the adults at the child’s birthday party asked the man to leave

A man from Bloomfield had to be removed from a birthday party for a child that was being held in South Windsor after it was reported to the police that he attempted to remove a child’s clothing.

Scott S. Oliver, age 35, was arrested and charged by the South Windsor police department with sexual assault in the fourth degree and endangering the welfare of a child.

According to the South Windsor police, Scott S. Oliver was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault after he allegedly attempted to pull clothing down on a youngster who was 9 years old while they were celebrating their birthday.(the police of South Windsor)Around 10 o’clock on September 30th, Oliver was taken into custody.

According to the police, Oliver was at a birthday celebration when he made physical contact with the 9-year-old victim at or near the waist area while he tried to force the child’s garments down to expose the child’s genital area. The incident occurred while Oliver was at the party.

They stated that Oliver was removed from the party by other adults, and he was later found at his residence in Bloomfield, where he was detained and placed under a surety bond in the amount of $250,000.

Monday morning saw him at Manchester Superior Court, where he was expected to make his appearance.
