HORRIFYING MOMENT TODDLER SLIPS THROUGH BALCONY AND HAS TO BE RESCUED BY FIRE BRIGADE

FOOTAGE of a four-year-old boy, who was left hanging by his neck six floors up, has hit the web
This is the horrifying moment a child nearly fell off a flat balcony after looking for his grandmother. The mystery boy, who has not been named, was staying with his grandmother while his parents were at work. He had fallen asleep so his grandmother popped out to the shop. Unfortunately, the young boy soon woke up and went to look for his grandma.
Stepping out on the balcony of the sixth-floor flat, the boy slipped from a window and fell down the grate. Thankfully the protective bars stopped his fall, but he was left hanging by his neck. A passer-by spotted his struggle and a rescue team was dispatched to rescue him from the ledge.
In a video released by CEN, firemen are seen desperately trying to free the young boy. Despite his ordeal, the boy seemed relatively calm.
Meanwhile, the fire crew was forced to cut through the bars to get to the young boy. Half an hour later, he was freed and reunited with his worried grandma. It is not known when or where the incident took place. It is not clear how it happened but the young boy fell from an escalator higher up.
Thankfully, a teenager talking by saw this unfold and leaped into action to save the young boy in Shiraz, Iran.
