Lifeless woman’s body found wrapped in plastic behind dumpster in Texas

A homeless Texas woman’s body was discovered behind a dumpster by a food truck vendor on Friday, authorities said.

The victim was wrapped in plastic when she was found dead at around 7:30 a.m., police said. The scene is located on Highway 249 near a Fallbrook elementary school, officials said.

Many locals told reporters that the victim was known on the streets with one claiming that he saw her near a Burger King the day before the grisly discovery.

“I feel bad because I have a daughter and I don’t want that to happen to her,” he added.

Another resident said that he was “going to miss her. She was a good lady.”

Investigators processed the scene for evidence and once they left, someone wrote “RIP Sweetheart” on the dumpster.

Soon later, a balloon reading “RIP Anna” could be spotted by reporters. Official identification of the victim is pending.
