Mom order 14-year-old son to shoot man to death after argument with the victim!

A Chicago mom was charged with murder after allegedly asking her 14-year-old son to shoot and kill a man she was fighting with at a local restaurant last weekend.

Carlishia Hood, 35, got involved in an argument that turned physical with victim Jeremy Brown, 32, while they both waited for food at a Far South Side restaurant.

As the situation escalated, Hood allegedly texted her teen son telling him to come to the restaurant; the armed teen showed up at the scene as Brown punched his mother’s head.

Prosecutors said that Hood’s son shot Brown in the back and kept shooting at him as he fled to a nearby parking lot.

Hood then asked her son to shoot Brown’s girlfriend who was laughing at her during the argument, but the teen refused. The mom and son then took off in a car.

Police said that Brown sustained two gunshot wounds and died. The incident was caught on surveillance footage and the two suspects were identified by the victim’s girlfriend.

Hood, who had no criminal record and had a valid firearm owner’s identification card, surrendered to authorities on Wednesday and was charged with murder and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Her juvenile son was hit with counts of first-degree murder, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, and unlawful possession of a firearm.
