Mother Laughs During Daughter’s Sentencing, Judge Wipes Grin Off Her Face, Video

According to the FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting Program, there were 4,930 manslaughter offenses involving negligent driving in the United States in 2019, which is the latest year for which statistics are available. Many of those crimes involve alcohol–like this one.
Amanda Kosal got unlucky when she chose to drink and drive. She hit Jerome Zirker’s vehicle and took his life. Moreover, his fiancé was also severely injured from the incident. The court judged Amanda guilty of manslaughter and drinking while driving. While the Zirker family grieved for Jerome’s death, Amanda’s family did not seem so serious.
Even Amanda seemed emotional and guilty of what she had done. However, her mother kept laughing in the court. The judge shut down her ill-mannered ways in the court and took the grin off her face immediately.
Hopefully, the woman learned her lesson and Jerome is in a better place. Watch the full video below and please leave us a Facebook comment to let us know what you thought!
