The Jonas Brothers Welcome their Daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas to their Hollywood Walk of Fame Ceremony

On Monday, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Nick Jonas made their first public appearance as a family of three with their daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas. The Jonas Brothers were honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and the couple was there to support them with their daughter in tow.

The couple welcomed their daughter via surrogate in January 2021, but didn’t share much information about her arrival. In May, they revealed that their daughter was born prematurely and spent over three months in the hospital’s intensive care unit. The couple also shared a picture of their new family, with a heart emoji covering Malti’s face.

Chopra Jonas and Jonas began dating in May 2018, and got engaged just two months later. They were married in December of the same year in a three-day celebration in their native India. In a 2019 interview with The Times, Chopra Jonas said that they both came from big families and shared the same family values and ambitions.

The Jonas Brothers were honored with the 2,745th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The band, consisting of brothers Kevin, Joe and Nick, formed in 2005 and rose to fame after performing on Disney Channel. After splitting up in 2013, the band reunited in 2019 and released a chart-topping album, Happiness Begins.

At the ceremony, Nick Jonas announced the group’s sixth album, titled “The Album,” which is due for release on May 5. The Jonas Brothers plan to tour behind it.
