  • Plastic wrap
  • 1 tablespoon of ground ginger (or powder)
  • 4-5 tablespoons of body lotion
  • Elastic bandage
  • Hot water
  • Towel

Instructions:

You must soak the towel in the water and wrap it around your stomach or the area where you want to burn fat. Leave it for five minutes and then take it off. The first towel will open the pores. Then, mix the body lotion with the ginger powder, and apply this mixture where the wet towel was placed. When you spread the mixture, wrap it with the plastic wrap.

Next, take the elastic bandage and wrap it on top of the plastic wrap. Leave the bandage on overnight, as this will compress the ginger due to your body weight, and it will work throughout the night.
