Walmart customer upset over long line pours bleach, oil, syrup (you name it) onto floors

Residents of Berks County, Pennsylvania were shocked to hear of a recent incident involving a disgruntled Walmart customer. On January 14th and 20th, 46-year-old Leonard Repp Jr. allegedly poured out bleach, motor oil, dish soap, maple syrup, jam jelly, pickles, and hot sauce onto the store floors.
When questioned by police on January 30th, Repp admitted to the various acts and said that he did so because he had “waited in line too long” and was upset over Walmart’s customer service. Repp reportedly believed that his actions weren’t criminal.
Tilden Township Police have since filed charges against Repp for the two related incidents. He has been charged with misdemeanors relating to the acts.
The incident has left many residents of Berks County wondering what would drive someone to such drastic measures. It serves as a reminder of the importance of customer service, and how it can be the difference between a satisfied customer and a very dissatisfied one.
