Why more parents are turning to Botox

In the article “Parent to Parent,” FOX 26 Anchor Rashi Vats discusses why more parents are opting to receive Botox injections. The recent trend, dubbed the “Zoom effect,” is attributed to an increase in individuals scrutinizing their appearance on camera.
Not only has this trend become more popular among young people, but parents are also joining in.
According to Tara Underwood, a mum of three, getting Botox is a way to relax and feel rejuvenated amidst the busyness of parenting.
Erin Hader, a registered nurse at the Institute of Anti-Aging Medicine & Skin Spa in Houston, explained how Botox works to relax facial muscles for a refreshed appearance.
Botox also has medicinal uses, such as treating migraines. The average cost of a unit ranges from $10 to $15.
