LLamas and alpacas at Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo this weekend

The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo welcomes llamas and alpacas, who will be competing in various events such as costume shows, showmanship, and obstacle courses.
These cute creatures and their handlers arrived on Thursday, but the parade was canceled due to bad weather. Competitions started on Friday and continue until Sunday.
The animals will be judged on their fleece characteristics, and exhibitors will be assessed on their presentation skills. The weekend also includes events like llama and alpaca costume shows.
The animals may even wear hats as part of the performance courses. Check out the full schedule at rodeohouston.com.
