Becky Ruvolo has been a mother to Julianna and Gabriella Ruvolo for the past 12 years, but now it’s official!

These identical twins worked together to create the most thoughtful Mother’s Day present their stepmom could ever get. They created a photo album to remember some of their family’s most memorable moments over the years. But, most importantly, there was a note at the bottom asking, «Will you adopt us?»

The note read, «Happy Mother’s Day, Mom.» «There are no words to express how grateful we are for everything you’ve done for us.» For the past 12 years, you have taught us the true meaning of unconditional love and exemplified what a mother’s love should be. More than that, you’ve become our best friend, someone we can rely on, and someone we can look up to and emulate as we grow.»

Becky can be seen reading the note aloud in a video of her reaction to her gift. But when it comes to the most crucial question, she is speechless.

She sobbed into her hands and whispered, “Really?”

Julianna and Gabriella embraced the three of them before giving her one more gift: the documents needed to finalize the adoption!

“Give me a pen!” Becky demanded excitedly.
